Savvy Selections Boutique offers returns for a store credit ONLY. Please contact Savvy Selections Boutique within three days of receiving your purchase to receive a credit. The item (s) is considered a final sale on the fourth day following your purchase date.
Please note it is the customer's financial responsibility to ship the products to the facility for a store credit.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned: Jewelry, Accessories, Make-up, Intimates (swimwear/body suits). All item (s) must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Business are limited to M-F 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, not including Holidays. All of our orders typically process and ship within 1-2 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.

$6.95 Flat rate ground shipping with estimated delivery within 3 business days.
Paid 2 day express shipping with estimated delivery within 2 business days.
Paid 1 day express shipping with estimated delivery within 1 business day.
Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Savvy Selections Boutique fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States Holidays. Orders places on major Holidays and weekends are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Help! My package says it has been shipped but I can't locate it
Unfortunately, we have no control over your purchase once it leaves our office. Please call your local USPS office with your tracking number handy so they can get in contact with the driver who was responsible for delivery and/or open a missing package claim. Savvy Selections Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the tracking number confirms.
